Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Malé, Hulhumalé, and other islands in the Maldives.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location and the mode of transport.

Delivery Time

  • Malé & Hulhumalé: Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Other Islands: Delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on courier schedules, ferry timings, and island transport availability.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Charges

  • Most deliveries are free of charge.

  • However, depending on the delivery location or mode of transport, customers may be required to bear the delivery cost.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM).
Orders placed after hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
Our team may contact you to verify your delivery details before dispatching your order.

Pickup Option

Customers in Malé can also choose store pickup from:
Alltech Store, Majeedheemagu, Malé, Maldives
Please wait for a pickup confirmation message before collecting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or Viber +960 7989696.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the Maldives.
