Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are only accepted in cases of factory defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Items with a value below MVR 350

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] or on Viber +960 7989696.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us and send your item to our store.

Delivery Returns

To return your product, please send it to:
Alltech Store, Majeedheemagu, Malé, Maldives

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
